We're generating 7 figures in ARR. We have found initial PMF and are now building our team to accelerate growth. We've done everything so far with a lean engineering team and we recently raised a seed round (unannounced) from leading VCs and angels in our space (Auren Hoffman, Charlie Songhurst, and many more).
As we scale, I need a force multiplier. Someone who can operate as an extension of me - taking on high-priority strategic projects, driving cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks as we grow. This is a role for someone who wants to learn how to build a company from the inside and eventually become a founder or executive themselves.
